DESPICABLE PAST & A VITAL FUTURE

On behalf of The Secretariat and the entire MASMUN team, I am delighted to welcome you all to the MASMUN’20 conference. We all currently live in a world that has been shaped by precursor historical events; the language we speak, the food we eat, the people we meet are all outcomes of past incidences. That is why we have chosen the theme for this year’s conference: “2020 Vision: Despicable Past and a Vital Future”. We can either choose to learn from our mistakes and produce a better future for the generations to come or have history repeat itself. That is why delegates shall be debating on historical topics that had a massive effect on the way we live today, as well as on topics that will allow us to save our world’s future. I am very eager to to see you delegates all congregate and work with one another to solve current issues; I wish you all a pleasant and enjoyable conference.
